  • *What is Rooibos?

Rooibos (meaning red bush) is an herb native to South Africa that isn’t a true “tea” at all. Rather, it’s a plant with green, needle-like leaves and tiny yellow flowers. When harvested and dried, it can be brewed into a reddish-brown herbal infusion, giving the tea its name. It’s a perfect drink for the evenings since it has no caffeine and is packed with antioxidants!

    *Did you know?
You can froth milk with a french press? First heat the milk, pour into the french press
and pump a few times until milk has doubled in volume! Voilà!
